Summary: The day before arriving I was notified that if we weren't checked in by 4:00 pm we would forfeit our reservation. Our flight did not arrive in Los Mochis until after 5 pm and I had difficulty notifying the hotel of this late arrival. The phone number to call if we are late should be on this notification.
